Once your order is confirmed, we begin a series of preparatory steps, including project setup, client brief analysis, and research initiation. Because these steps require time and professional effort, we encourage clients to review all details and clarify expectations prior to placing an order.
Our team operates across multiple time zones and serves clients globally. Communication is conducted exclusively online — via email, secure dashboards, or video calls. This ensures that every stage of the process is documented, traceable, and accessible no matter where you are located.
Refund Eligibility
A full or partial refund may be granted under the following conditions:
